I’m definitely recommending Honeylove if you want a bit more of a brownish nude, that isn’t too brown. It won’t last a whole meal, but hey, which lipstick does right? It also doesn’t dry out your lips, because of the satin finish. Because this colour is pretty natural, it fades very nicely during the day. They’re like the more sophisticated and edgy version of the nude lip. I just love these plum/pink/brown/nudish lip colours lately. It’s a close call to the real Kylie Jenner lip colour if you ask me.

It’s also very soft to apply (but not too soft that it will melt).Īnd this is the full face with the lip combo! I think it looks sooo pretty on my lips. This lipstick doesn’t make my lips look dry, so it’s perfect to wear if you have a chapped-lips-kind-of-day. A brown plumy pink? Yeah, makes sense, I know. I love it! I do think it’s hard to describe this colour. It’s a bit more toned down now and the finish is also more satin-y instead of matte. Now onto Honeylove! Honeylove adds a bit more softness to my lips. It’s also more kissing proof, because it doesn’t smudges like lipstick does, if you know what I mean ). So yeah, I’m definitely loving it and it’s a great addition to my other Kylie lip liner Soar (Soar is a bit more pink than Whirl by the way).įull face time! Although I like wearing lipsticks over my lipliners, it’s totally fine to wear them on their own too! I usually do this when I’m in a hurry or if I really want to go for that ultimate matte lip look. I also think Whirl is a very good colour to (learn to) overdraw your lips with. And because the colour is so natural, it looks good even if it’s a bit faded away. This baby will sit on your lips looking pretty even after a big dinner.

The plus side to a more ‘drying’ lip product is the staying power tho. Despite the fact lip liners can be a bit drying on my lips (I have dry lips in general), this one isn’t too bad. It (be prepared to read a lot of ‘loves’ and ‘obsessed’ in this blogpost, haha). Let’s start of with the lip pencil Whirl. I have pink/red lips and my lipline isn’t that even (it looks not that bad in real life though, I just have to overdraw a bit of my lip to make them look even, haha). I always like to show my bare lips before I show you my lip products on. They are both very pigmented colours, this was only one swipe! I’m definitely liking what I see :).
As you can see, Whirl has a total matte finish.
It has a very natural finish on the lips and leaves your lips feeling moisturized. Honeylove has a satin finish, which means that it’s not matte, but also not shiny/shimmery.

It’s swatch time! On the left you can see the MAC lipstick Honeylove and on the right you can see a swatch of the MAC lipliner Whirl.
It’s not too overpowering (I hate it when lip products smell too strong), it’s just a very nice and feminine smell. The lip pencil & lipstick also have a very nice, vanilla smell to them.

I think they have a very professional and classy vibe and I love displaying my MAC products on my vanity. I think you all know now how the packaging of MAC lipproducts looks like, but I like to mention it anyways. So yeah, if you wanna see why this lip combination is so amazing, keep reading! Maybe it’s even my favourite combination I’ve discovered so far, but shht, don’t tell ). I have to say, this is, again, a very close match to the real deal and I’m totally loving it. In today’s review I’m going to show you my newest Kylie Jenner lip combo and that’s the MAC lipliner in Whirl paired with the MAC lipstick in Honeylove. I think they look so good on her and I don’t care if they’re real or fake (pleaz peeps, get a life and start discussing more important subjects that happen instead of the fakeness of her lips, thankyou).
I’ve already made a couple of posts about her (for example, check out this make-up, hair & outfit video tutorial that I made), but I still can’t get over her awesome big ass lips, haha. It’s not a secret that I have a #womencrusheveryday on Kylie Jenner.
